Important: Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By using Turbo Transit Express services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Turbo Transit Express services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Description

Turbo Transit Express provides logistics and transportation services including:

  • Express shipping and delivery
  • Freight and trucking services (FTL/LTL)
  • Warehousing and consolidation
  • Supply chain management
  • Related logistics services

3. Shipping Terms

3.1 Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from shipment:

  • Illegal goods and substances
  • Hazardous materials (unless pre-approved)
  • Perishable items without proper packaging
  • Live animals
  • Currency and valuable documents
  • Weapons and ammunition

3.2 Packaging Requirements

Customers are responsible for proper packaging to ensure safe transportation. We reserve the right to refuse improperly packaged items.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • Payment terms are net 15 days for established accounts
  • Late payments may incur interest charges
  • Prices are subject to change based on fuel surcharges and market conditions

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1 Standard Liability

Our standard liability coverage is limited to $100 per shipment unless additional insurance is purchased.

5.2 Insurance Options

Additional insurance coverage is available for high-value shipments. Insurance must be requested and paid for at the time of shipment booking.

5.3 Claims Process

Claims for lost or damaged goods must be filed within 30 days of delivery date. Documentation including photos and proof of value may be required.

6. Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only
  • We are not liable for delays caused by weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances
  • Expedited services are available for time-sensitive shipments

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before scheduled pickup
  • Refunds for cancelled shipments are subject to administrative fees
  • No refunds for completed shipments

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Accurate shipment information
  • Proper packaging and labeling
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Payment of all charges and fees

9. Limitation of Liability

Turbo Transit Express's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the lesser of:

  • The actual proven damages, or
  • The amount of insurance coverage purchased for the shipment

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
